heartburn
ive heard it isnt safe to use constantly.
its bad for your heart.
i know that much.
but it is fast relief.
it also helps with bad breath.
mix a lemon and baking soda (no water) and drink the small portion immediately before it dissolves
My father uses it, and I have here and there. I know that heart burn is an acid problem, caused by a deficiency to trigger a natural stomach liquid to counter-act the acid. I heard most marketed substances we buy in stores is a acid, that causes the stomach acid to go through the roof,(so to speak), and as a result, the natural stomach reaction occures, releasing the natural antidote, which we all have, I am also not a medical doctor.
I’m not a doctor, nor chemist but I faced the same problem as you. And I remember the first time I had real heartburn.. lordy..
Did the same as you and had some success. One thing I noticed, as with many acid/base meetings, a gas is formed, which I pleasantly burrpeed. But for some w/ comprimised health etc., it could be a problem. There’s the issue of Sodium as well, but again I lack the expertise.
