I have eaten prior to a workout. we regularly eat after a workout. About an hour prior to we work out we customarily splash a protein shake up with ripened offspring in it. But infrequently we get heartburn so bad we have to stop in a center of my routine.

The best thing to do is stick with ice water-I’ve suffered from horrible reflux and ice water is great. Eat after a workout, but avoid food within an hour of when you start, because that will mess you up, and I hope that helps! Good luck!
use nexium, its not cheap, but it works very well, its the only thing i found to work for me
It is the fruit in your protein shake. Try not to eat anything about an hour before exercising, and save the protein shake for after the workout. Something like that was happening to me and my trainer told me to not drink anything sweet one hour before exercising, only plain water.
